Abstract

The invention provides a fragile scrapable holographic digital anti-counterfeiting label and a manufacturing method thereof. The fragile scrapable holographic digital anti-counterfeiting label comprises a silicone oil backing paper layer, a non-setting adhesive layer, a substrate layer, a variable data layer, a transparent layer and a scrapable coating layer from bottom to top, wherein the substrate layer is made of transparent fragile materials. The manufacturing method of the fragile scrapable holographic digital anti-counterfeiting label includes the steps: (1) coating the non-setting adhesive layer on the silicone oil backing paper layer and drying the non-setting adhesive layer at the temperature of 60-100 DEG C; (2) coating the substrate layer on the non-setting adhesive layer and drying the substrate layer at the temperature of 60-100 DEG C; (3) stamping or printing variable data on the substrate layer to form the variable data layer; (4) coating the transparent layer on the variable data layer; (5) coating the scrapable coating layer on the transparent layer; (6) manufacturing a holographic information layer on the scrapable coating layer; and (7) forming the fragile scrapable holographic digital anti-counterfeiting label after die-cutting.
