Abstract

The cover comprises a plug used for enclosing an opening that allows the key to pass. The device is characterized in that a rotor (11) of a lock (6) perpendicularly extends under the plug; the cover (1) is coaxial with an end (11b) of the rotor (11) and the penetrating opening (4) is sealed by a stopper (18); the end (11b) of the rotor (11) is engaged with an end (8) of an arm (7) of the key (3); the stopper (18) is abutted under the cover (1) through a return spring (22) at a position of the penetrating opening (4);and the key (3) causes movement of the stopper (18) against back pulling force of the spring (22) along the rotor (11) when the key (3) is introduced into the opening(4) to enable the end (11b) of the rotor (11) to be engaged with the end (8) of an arm (7) of the key (3).
