Abstract

The invention relates to the field of plant propagation, and particularly provides an industrial production method of mycorrhizal seedlings of Changbai Mountain rhododendron plants, which comprises the following steps: (1) treating branches of Changbai Mountain rhododendron plants, and taking the treated branches as explants for later use; (2) preparing a culture medium for enabling stems to take root and axillary buds to germinate and grow simultaneously: adding kinetin KT (0.03-0.010 mg.L<-1>), indolebutyric acid IBA (0.10-0.45 mg.L<-1>), naphthylacetic acid NAA (0.06-0.13 mg.L<-1>), gibberellin GA3 (1.40-2.60 mg.L<-1>), agar powder (7.8 g.L<-1>) and sucrose (10.0 g.L<-1>) into a basic culture medium, and regulating the pH value to 5.6; and culturing under the conditions that the illumination period is 9 h.d<-1>, the illumination intensity is 1000 lx and the temperature is 23+/-2 DEG C; (3) performing mycorrhizal treatment on tissue culture seedlings; and (4) culturing the tissue culture seedlings, and propagating to realize the industrial production of mycorrhizal seedlings of rhododendrons.
