The feed is meat duck feed containing seal oil which is used in a fattening period and formed by a common feed in a duck fattening period and the seal oil; the quality of the seal oil is 0.5%-1.5% of that of the common feed in the duck fattening period; and the common feed in the duck fattening period does not contain the seal oil. According to the characteristics of low content and ratio imbalance of PUFA in meat ducks and principles and technologies of zoonomy and animal nutrition, the seal oil is taken as an additive to improve the fatty acid component of the daily ration of the meat ducks and enhance the enrichment degree of the PUFA in the meat ducks, thereby producing the functional ducks with high PUFA content, high EPA content, high DHA content and low n-6/n-3 PUFA ratio.
