Abstract

The invention relates to the field of research of traditional Chinese medicine and specifically relates to a new application of emodin-8-O-beta-D-glucoside in preparation of liver-protecting and gallbladder-benefiting medicaments. The invention further prepares a liver-protecting and gallbladder-benefiting preparation and the active ingredient of the liver-protecting and gallbladder-benefiting preparation is emodin-8-O-beta-D-glucoside.
