Problems solved by technology

However, due to the different sizes of axillary buds produced by the plants after eggplant fruiting, the grafted seedlings are uneven in size and low in uniformity, which increases the difficulty of field management after planting, low yield, and inconsistent marketing periods.

Embodiment 1

[0018] Embodiment 1, the field test is in the vegetable base of Gucheng Street, Shouguang City, Shandong Province. The planting variety is Burita eggplant, and the wild eggplant African red eggplant is used as the rootstock for grafting and cultivation. It was planted on September 25.

[0019] Three treatments were set up in the experiment, which were grafted seedlings with secondary new buds, grafted seedlings with seed buds and grafted seedlings with lateral branches. 3 repetitions, arranged in random blocks, plot area 50m 2 , planting 120 plants per plot. The management measures are exactly the same.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for cultivating grafted eggplant seedlings. The method comprises the steps of: cutting lateral branches of an old eggplant plant; grafting a rootstock and a scion to cultivate a grafted seedling, wherein a new sprout obtained by cuttage is used as the rootstock and a wild eggplant is used as the scion; selecting a good and healthy plant without diseases and insect damages as a stock plant; picking a lateral branch with three to five leaves as cutting wood; cutting off the leaves, the budding inflorescence and the growing points of the cutting wood and simultaneously cutting off the lower part by 4cm, wherein a notch at the lower end is required to be smooth and the angle of the notch is 30-45 degrees; soaking the whole cutting wood for 1 minute in a 800-time carbendazim solution for disinfection, and simultaneously preventing water loss from affecting rooting; soaking the lower part of the cutting wood for 15-20 seconds in 100mg / kg indolebutyric acid so as to obtain a high rooting rate and shorten the rooting time; and inserting 2-3cm of the cutting wood in a matrix according to the density of 5cm*5cm, wherein root systems and new sprouts can grow out after 10-15 days; and cutting off the new sprout to be used as the scion when 3-4 leaves grow out on the new sprout. The grafted eggplant seedlings are high in uniformity, easy to manage after being planted and high in output and have the same fructescence.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for cultivating eggplant grafted seedlings, which belongs to the field of agricultural technology. Background technique [0002] Eggplant plants have many axillary buds and can form fruiting branches. High axillary buds (the side branches that grow after the eggplant bears fruit) can be used as scions for grafting and raising seedlings. This method reduces seed expenditure, reduces production costs, and effectively promotes the promotion of excellent eggplant varieties at home and abroad. But because the size of the axillary buds produced by the plants after the eggplant results is different, the grafted seedlings are uneven in size and low in uniformity, which increases the difficulty of field management after planting, the yield is low, and the listing period is inconsistent. Contents of the invention [0003] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method for cultivating grafte...
