In the period that a user waits for a bus, position information and busload information of the bus can be located in real time and information of the user waiting for the bus can be sent in time so that the condition that a bus driver does not stop the bus in a bus-stop due to special reasons is avoided and time utilization and travel arrangement of the user are convenient and reasonable. The system comprises a bus-mounted terminal, a mobile device, an electronic bus-stop board and a server. The bus-mounted terminal on the bus sends the position information, located by a global position system (GPS), of the bus and collected pressure data to the server and the information and the data are sent to the electronic bus-stop board after being calculated by the server so that information of arrival time and busload of the bus can be obtained by the user waiting for the bus through the electronic bus-stop board.
