The method provided by the invention enables decomposition time to be shortened by 1 / 3, allows the content of organic matters and the content of humic acid to be increased by 2 to 3 times, respectively, greatly improves a decomposition effect and decomposition efficiency and creates conditions for application of a decomposition product in a fertilizer.
