Abstract

Disclosed are a reliability analysis method and device for the state evaluation of an operator. The method comprises: determining a plurality of PSFs to be used, wherein the PSFs are used for the state evaluation; determining correlations between each PSF in the plurality of PSFs and other PSFs except for themselves, and correlations between each PSF and a reliability node for the state evaluation; and establishing a reliability analysis model of the state evaluation of the operator on the basis of a PSF causation in accordance with each of the above-mentioned correlations to analyze the reliability of the operator. By using the present invention, the problem of possibly estimating the failure probability of the state evaluation by mistake because of the influence of situation environmental factors on the operator himself and the influence causations thereof are not considered in the related art, and thus the possibility that repetitive computation of the influences thereof may be caused is solved; and then, a qualitative and quantitative method is provided for the reliability analysis of the state evaluation of the operator, and a countermeasure is provided for a power plant to reduce the failure probability of the state evaluation of the operator.
