The two-channel chimney device comprises a heating chamber, an ascending air channel communicated with the heating chamber, and a descending air channel, wherein an outlet of the descending channel is communicated with the heating chamber, air flow paths among the descending air channel, the heating chamber and the ascending air channel enable gas, which is expanded under heating, in the heating chamber to enter the ascending air channel by virtue of a chimney effect, and gas is also introduced into the heating chamber through the descending air channel. By virtue of the two-channel device, heat energy generated by desalting seawater can be efficiently reused, and the loss of heat in the heating chamber can be reduced.
