Abstract

The invention relates to an experimental facility and an experimental method for evaluating steam reforming feature of reservoir rock. The experimental facility comprises a model system, a steam injection system, a steam recovery system, a confining pressure control system, an overburden pressure control system, a vacuum pumping system, a fluid analysis system and an image acquisition and analysis system. Steam is injected from a steam chamber to provide a high-temperature high-pressure contact environment for the overall-diameter core bottom subjected to coring actually, a steam monitoring chamber provides an actual oil reservoir overburden pressure to simulate reforming effect of steam to an upper core pore structure of a steam injection well and dissolution to intercalation core during the actual process of injecting steam into oil reservoirs. Core top fluid in the steam monitoring chamber is sampled and analyzed, so that steam breakthrough conditions of different core samples are monitored in time. The core is scanned by means of industrial CT (computed tomography) imaging in time, so that dissolution and breakthrough conditions of the different core samples on different steam injection conditions are analyzed, and key operation parameters are provided for steam injection development of great quantities of inhomogeneous oil reservoirs developed from the intercalation.
