The infant anti-diarrheal decoction formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: 85-90 parts of rice flour, 15-19 parts of carrots, 18-22 parts of apples, 10-12 parts of water and 8-11 parts of sugar. The preparation method comprises the following steps: washing the carrots, cutting apart the carrots to remove stems, rubbing into filaments, adding water, stirring and placing for 5 minutes, and removing the residues to leave the decoction after boiling; directly pouring the rice flour into a pot and braising for 5 minutes, getting out and smashing by using a stirrer, adding carrot decoction and sugars and boiling for 20 minutes, and stirring into paste; and cutting the apples into blocks, stirring into slurry by using the stirrer, and adding the slurry into coked pasty rice gruel and uniformly mixing to obtain the infant anti-diarrheal decoction formula. The invention provides the infant anti-diarrheal decoction formula which is capable of adjusting infant intestines and stomach and effectively stopping diarrhea as well as the preparation method thereof.
