The method is used for eliminating transmission errors which occur when data files are segmented or written in a disk array and reducing repeated transmission of the data files through a network. The method comprises the steps of receiving the data files; placing the data files in corresponding internal queues; obtaining the data files in the internal queues and determining the segmentation quantity according to the file sizes of the data files; segmenting the data files according to the segmentation quantity, and obtaining a plurality of segmentation fragments; judging whether segmentation points of the segmentation fragments are located at the tail ends of the internal queues; if the segmentation points are located prior to the tail ends, reducing the lengths of the segmentation fragments to enable the segmentation positions of the data files to be on the segmentation points; if the segmentation points are located after the tail ends, elongating the lengths of the segmentation fragments to enable the segmentation positions of the data files to be on the segmentation points; and sequentially writing the segmentation fragments in object files.
