Abstract

The invention relates to a method for fixing and extracting a biological tissue by using immobile liquid to deduce the death time of the biological tissue. By adopting the method, kinds of detection methods are applied to analyze on the basis of the principle that immobile liquid can quickly terminate self-digestion and decay change processes of an in vitro biological tissue, so as to extract a material composition in the biological tissue and achieve dynamic balance within a certain period of time; finally, the postmortem interval (PMI) is indirectly deduced according to the scheduling rule of occurrence and development of self-digestion and decay of the biological tissue. The method comprises the steps: sampling 'six-fixing' method, drafting of a 'window phase' standard curve, and deducing of the PMI.
