The foliage fertilizer water solution is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 20% to 25% of peanut bran solution, 0.5% to 0.8% of monopotassium phosphate, 0.04% to 0.06% of borax, 0.1% to 0.2% of ferrous sulfate, 0.1% to 0.3% of zinc sulfate, and 0.5% to 1.0% of histidine; wherein the peanut bran solution is prepared by following steps: mixing water and peanut bran according to a weight ratio of 15:1, and then fermenting the mixture in an enclosed space for 30 to 40 days so as to obtain the peanut bran solution. The foliage fertilizer is suitable for being used in the florescence, fruit-setting period, and fruit-growing period of loquat tree. The foliage fertilizer can increase the fruit output by 20% to 30%; moreover, the sweetness of the loquat fruit is increased, and the nutritional value is improved too.
