A triaxial SERF atom magnetometer based on pump light multi-pass reflection adopts a reflector to change the propagation direction of pump light for multiple times, realizes that the pump light passes through an alkali metal air chamber for four times, the pump light comprises triaxial magnetic field information, realizes high-sensitivity measurement of a triaxial magnetic field by single pump light through a modulation-demodulation technology, and realizes high-sensitivity measurement of the triaxial magnetic field. According to the scheme, the structure is simple, microminiaturization and integration are easy, the problem that high-sensitivity simultaneous measurement of a three-axis magnetic field is difficult to achieve through a classical single-beam SERF atom magnetometer and a classical pumping-detection double-beam SERF atom magnetometer is solved, and the three-axis SERF atom magnetometer is characterized by comprising an alkali metal gas chamber with a square cross section, the square cross section is perpendicular to the y-axis, and the square cross section is perpendicular to the y-axis.
