The invention relates to an installation for transforming a polymer, particularly expanded polystyrene, using a reagent, from an expanded solid state to an unexpanded amorphous state to obtain a flexible, paste-like magma. The installation comprises: a receiving chamber for receiving the polymer to be transformed; a grinding device for grinding the polymer; a treatment chamber comprising a spraying device for spraying the reagent onto the ground polymer to obtain a magma; a separation chamber comprising a dewatering device for dewatering the magma to extract a liquid containing the reagent, thus obtaining a dewatered magma; a first discharge device for removing the dewatered magma from the separation chamber; and a second discharge device for removing the extracted liquid from the separation chamber. A fan assembly (50) is arranged inside the compartment (10) and associated to the evaporator (38) for generating a cooling air stream for the compartment (10). The fan assembly (50) comprises, arranged side by side: a first layer (70) of expanded polystyrene; a fan (72) comprising a rotor (82) with a rotation axis (X) inclined with respect to a vertical direction (V) and a cover plate (76). The fan assembly (50) comprises a fastening device (90) apt to fasten the cover plate (76) to the first layer (70) to keep the fan assembly (50) in the assembled configuration.

A manufacturing process of a packaging composite board

This invention discloses a manufacturing process for a packaging composite board, relating to the field of packaging materials technology. The packaging composite board, from the inside out, comprises a polymer foam board layer, an adhesive layer, a kraft paper layer, a coating layer, and a printed film layer. The polymer foam board layer is made of expanded polystyrene board, the adhesive layer is primarily composed of polystyrene, the kraft paper layer is high-grammage, high-strength kraft paper, the coating layer is low-density polyethylene, and the printed film layer is a food-grade polyester printed film. A hot-pressing composite process is employed, precisely controlling the hot-pressing temperature to 180℃ to achieve integrated molding of each layer. The resulting packaging composite board exhibits excellent cushioning performance, an interlayer peel strength ≥75N / 15mm, a water absorption rate ≤0.25%, high surface printing clarity, and strong adhesion. The manufacturing process involves simultaneous lamination and one-step molding, resulting in high production efficiency and low energy consumption, making it suitable for large-scale industrial production.
