The insulation wall body integral-casting material is characterized in that the ratio of a binder, an insulation aggregate and an additive is 1000:(5-5000):(0-300); the binder is a cement-based binder or a gypsum-based binder; the constitutes of the cement-based binder are 300-1000 parts of cement, 0-200 parts of silica fume, 0-400 parts of fly ash, 0-700 parts of slag powder, 0-300 parts of zeolite powder, 0-200 parts of ash-calcium powder and 0-40 parts of gypsum; the constituent of the gypsum-based binder is 1000 parts of gypsum; and the constituents of the insulation aggregate are 0-100 parts of expanded polystyrene granules, 0-1500 parts of expanded perlite, 0-1500 parts of expanded vermiculite, 0-1500 parts of expanded vitrified microspheres, 0-5000 parts of expanded ceramisite and 0-200 parts of sepiolite fibers. The invention also comprises the construction method. The wall bodies casted by the insulation wall body material have good insulating and thermal performances, higher strength, and good water resistance, crack resistance and permeability resistance performances, as well as good compatibility and good security towards the subsequent decorating process.

Adjustable scaffold used with concrete-receiving forms

Walls of expanded polystyrene, concrete-receiving forms (referred to as insulated or insulating concrete forms or ICFs) need to be vertical while they are being filled with concrete and while the concrete is curing. An apparatus with a vertical member and a brace member is such that one person can erect it and use it to adjust walls of ICFs so as to be vertical or plumb. The apparatus is capable of being readily used with the forms of any manufacturer by being provided with asymmetrical brackets for detachably attaching the vertical member to a wall firmly, but not rigidly. The apparatus provides a support for a platform, or scaffold, for a person to stand on while guiding the concrete pouring and while plumbing the wall. The vertical member extends upward from the ground and is held firmly against the wall with asymmetrical brackets. The brace member extends from the vertical member at a pivot with the other end of the brace member attached to the ground or floor. A lead screw in the vertical member is used to change the height of the pivot and thus slightly, and adjustably, tilt the vertical member into or out of the wall so as to cause the wall to be vertical. The vertical member and the brace member are preferably adjustable in length, however neither member changes length a noticeable amount while being used to cause the wall to be vertical. The members are preferably made of sections of square cross section, steel tubing that may be nested together.

The assemble type multifunctional outer wall body is a frame interlayer composite structure and takes a fine stone reinforced concrete frame as the keel. Cellular concrete is filled in bars of the frame, and a window opening is reserved in the frame. Cement fiber panels are respectively fixedly installed on the inner side and the outer side of the fine stone reinforced concrete frame, and decorating layers are arranged on the cement fiber panels. The assemble type multifunctional outer wall body is suitable for assembling an integrated type structure building or a cast-in-place concrete building, split joint of the assemble type multifunctional outer wall body and a building main body structure is firm, and thus integrity is good. The assemble type multifunctional outer wall body has the integrated functions of protection, heat preservation, decoration, water proofing and the like, all working procedures are settled in one step, an outer scaffold does not need to be arranged in the process of installation, and thus construction speed is fast.

Preparation method of coated halogen-free flame-retardant foamable polystyrene

The invention belongs to the field of expandable polystyrene heat insulating materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of coated halogen-free flame-retardant foamable polystyrene. The method comprises the following steps: adding polyvinyl alcohol and tricalcium phosphate into deionized water, and evenly mixing to obtain a mixed solution A; adding ammonium polyphosphate, melamine polyphosphate or PNP intumescent flame retardant into styrene, and adding benzoyl peroxide to obtain a mixed solution B; adding the mixed solution B into the mixed solution A to react, and adding a foaming agent to react to obtain halogen-free flame-retardant foamable polystyrene granules; and adding the prepared granules into a phenol formaldehyde resin or melamine resin binding agent containing small amounts of alkali silicate water solution and smoke inhibitor to carry out coating, thereby finally obtaining the coated halogen-free flame-retardant foamable polystyrene granules. The coated halogen-free flame-retardant foamable polystyrene has the advantages of excellent thermal insulation and heat shielding properties, and outstanding flame retardancy and smoke inhibition property, and can be used a flame-retardant architectural thermal insulation material.
