fiber product manufacturing, in particular to a
polymer mold core structure for manufacturing a carbon
fiber product and a manufacturing process thereof.The
polymer mold core structure comprises a base body, an adsorption layer and a latex layer which are sequentially compounded from inside to outside, and the base body is an
expanded polystyrene forming part and is matched with the shape of an inner cavity of the carbon
fiber product of a hollow structure; the adsorption layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-6 parts of
calcium chloride, 9-11 parts of kaolin, 4-6 parts of
starch, 0.04-0.06 part of yellow
pigment, 4-6 parts of
putty powder and 70-80 parts of water, and the raw materials of the adsorption layer are uniformly stirred and mixed; by arranging a
composite structure of the base body, the adsorption layer and the latex layer, the adsorption layer can effectively improve the bonding stability of the base body and the latex layer by means of the characteristics of raw materials such as
calcium chloride and kaolin, and the problems of falling and wrinkling easily caused when the surface of the EPS base body is directly coated with the latex layer are avoided; through the matching of the vulcanizing agent, the
accelerant, the defoaming agent and other components in the latex layer, the forming quality of the latex layer can be greatly improved, and bubbles are reduced.
