Abstract

The invention provides a method for measuring a stitch slipping performance of a fabric. The method comprises the steps: after taking a picture of a fixed-load stretching suture hole, obtaining stitch slipping pixel points of the fabric by means of an electron microscope with a DH-CG300 video acquisition card, and converting actual longitudinal and longitudinal stitch slipping values of the fabric by using the pixel values. When the stitch slipping fabric is analyzed by using HJI (Hamilton Jacobi Issacs) mage general software, a stitch slipping region of the fabric can be obtained through the pixel points of measured values such as fabric width. It can be found that through experimental data, the stitch slipping region of the fabric is used as an index of stitch slipping, the stitch slipping performance of the fabric is more completely and specifically characterized. Compared with a manually measured value, the stitch slipping value of the fabric, which is measured by an image, has the advantage of reducing the manual subjective error, thereby being capable of obtaining more accurate stitch slipping data. According to the method, the stitch slipping region of the fabric can be obtained, and a tiny change phenomenon of a thread in a tension direction of the fabric can be observed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a characterization method, in particular to a method for measuring fabric rip performance. Background technique [0002] The so-called slack refers to the non-recoverable displacement phenomenon between the interwoven yarns after the yarns in the fabric are subjected to the external force along the plane direction of the fabric. Gap", that is, the distance between yarns (geometric density) increases on one side and decreases on the other side. It can be the slip of the warp along the weft direction, or the slip of the weft along the warp direction, it can be the slip of the warp along the weft direction, or the slip of the weft along the warp direction. The slippage of the warp yarn along the weft direction is called weft slippage or warp slippage, and the slippage of weft yarn along the warp direction is called warp slippage or weft slippage. [0003] The rip performance of fabrics is an important processing property of fabr...
