Abstract

A preparing method of a stainless steel cold drawn pipe cleaning working fluid is disclosed. The method includes mixing following raw materials by weight at room temperature: 52.6-63.6% of water, 3-8% of citric acid, 5-10% of oxalic acid, 0.4-0.9% of sodium molybdate, 4-6% of triethanolamine, 9-15% of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, 1.5-2.5% of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, 1.0-2.5% of hydrochloric acid, 0.5-1.2% of sodium tripolyphosphate and 2-6% of ethanol, with the balance being hydrofluoric acid. The method has characteristics of simple operation, no need of heating, good cleaning effects, no corrosion to surfaces of stainless steel, and capability of maintaining glossiness of the stainless steel. The fluid can be repeatedly used, and is free of harm to skin when contacting skin, low-carbon, environmental friendly, and cost-saving.
