Abstract

Disclosed is an accurate tester of a superconductive-bulk magnetic-repulsion under a micro gap and a test method thereof. The tester mainly includes a double-driving mechanism, a permanent-magnetic chuck, a superconductor chuck, a liquid nitrogen cup, an optical grating displacement sensor and an S-shaped tension and pressure sensor. The tester adopts a double-driving method, a closed-loop control system and high-precision sensors to realize accurate positioning of a superconductive bulk and accurate measurement of a magnetic repulsion. The chuck structure realizes adaptive adjustment of a parallel degree of the permanent magnet-superconductor pair. The tester realizes 1mum measurement and positioning precision and 0.1 mum testing resolution so that blanks in measurement instruments of the magnetic repulsion of a superconductor bulk in the range of a micrometer gap are filled and thus testing demands for a kinematic pair/friction pair design in a micro gap in a maglev bearing can be met, and the tester has the advantages of being high in measurement precision, high in resolution and moderate in cost and the like and is worth adopting and popularizing; and the tester can also be used as a serialization product and used for teaching and scientific research of graduate students.
