Embodiment Construction

[0019] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0020] see figure 1 , a test device 100 for wear resistance of printed cable markings provided in an embodiment of the present invention is used for testing the wear resistance of printed markings of cable lines. The device 100 for testing the wear resistance of printed labels on cables includes a motor 1 , a fixing seat 2 , a transmission part 3 and a test part 4 . The transmission part 3 is connected between the motor 1 and the test piece 4 , and the test piece 4 is located on the fixing seat 2 .

[0021] The motor 1 is used to provide driving force for the testing device 100 for the abrasion resistance performance of the printed cable marking. In this embodiment, the motor 1 is a low-speed rotating electric machine 1, because in this test device, the low-speed rotating el...

Abstract

A cable printed mark wear-resistance test apparatus includes a motor, a fixing base, a transmission member and a test member. The motor includes a rotating part. The transmission member includes an input end and an output end, wherein the input end is connected to the rotating part. The test member comprises a test base, a steel needle and a pressing block. The test base is arranged on the output end and includes an accommodating end and a projective end. The accommodating end is provided with an accommodating groove of which a bottom is provided with a through hole. The projective end is provided with two projections which are respectively contacted with the fixing base and an interval is arranged between the two projections to form a hollow part. The steel needle is disposed in the through hole. The pressing block is arranged in the accommodating groove and presses against one end of the steel needle. When a cable being tested is fixed on the fixing base, the cable being tested is located in the hollow part and is arranged between the other end of the steel needle and the fixing base. The other end of the steel needle moves reciprocatingly and linearly. In the test apparatus, the test base arranged on the output end of the transmission member moves reciprocatingly and linearly by the motor so that wear-resistance of a printed mark of a cable can be tested.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of lighting of lamps and lanterns, in particular to a device for testing the wear resistance of printed marks on cables. Background technique [0002] As a kind of lighting fixture with high reliability and safety, special lamps are widely used in all walks of life. In the process of using lamps, the carrier for power supply to lamps is cables, so the quality of cables is directly related to lamps. Whether the reliability and safety of the system can be guaranteed. [0003] During the actual use of the cable, the printed mark on the cable insulation sheath may fall off, making it impossible for the user to know the relevant information of the cable, such as: 1. The diameter of the cable; 2. The size of the cable Withstand voltage; 3. The withstand current of the cable, etc., so that the cable may be used incorrectly, resulting in a safety accident. Therefore, the wear resistance of the printed logo of the cable must...
