The production method comprises the following steps of adding pyrethrum, flos daturae, radix sophorae flavescentis, croton, lithospermum and thunder god vine in 5 to 10 times of water, boiling the mixture with strong fire, then boiling the mixture with slow fire for 30 to 50 minutes, filtering the medicine liquid, adding 3 to 6 times of water to boil the filter slag for 30 minutes, merging the filter liquid obtained in twice filtering to obtain the product.
