Embodiment Construction

[0013] The specific embodiments of the present invention will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0014] After research, it was found that most of the waste LCD screens only have some pixels damaged, but their drive and backlight systems are intact, and they can continue to exert their waste heat in the field of greenhouse farming. After the waste LCD screen is recycled, it is disassembled, and after removing the base, plastic casing and light guide plate, it is decomposed into LCD screen, driver board, power supply, side lights and other parts. see figure 1 , the upper part of which is a top view of the top of the greenhouse, install the LCD screen 2 on the bracket 1 on the top of the greenhouse; install the LCD screen driver board 3 on the bracket 1 below the LCD screen 2, and install the power supply of the LCD screen on the bracket 1 On the back side of the LCD panel 3, the video lines of the LCD driver board 3 converge to the video d...

Abstract

The invention discloses a greenhouse lighting supplementing and shading system reconstructed of waste LCDs (liquid crystal displays). The system comprises a support forming a roof of a greenhouse. LCDs are arrayed on the support and are connected with LCD drive plates; the LCD drive plates are mounted on the support; video lines are led out from the LCD drive plates and are gathered to video distributors through a line duct within the support; the video distributors are connected to a video output interface of a master control computer; side lights are mounted on the inner side of the support; power lines of the side lights are connected with a power source through a side light controller; the side light controller is connected with the master control computer; a plurality of light sensors are distributed within the greenhouse. The greenhouse lighting supplementing and shading system has the advantages that the waste LCDs are recycled and mounted on the top of the greenhouse, light intensity is automatically adjusted to promote growth of plants, a comprehensive solution is provided for the income increasing problem of the greenhouse planting industry and the environmental pollution problem caused by waste electric devices, and the system has a huge market and considerable economic benefit.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of greenhouse planting and recycling of waste and used electrical appliances, in particular to a light-filling and shading system for transforming waste and used liquid crystal screens into a greenhouse. Background technique [0002] At present, liquid crystal displays have occupied an increasingly large display market. The display technology of liquid crystal displays is updated rapidly. Generally, many liquid crystal displays will be eliminated in 5 to 10 years. Usually, liquid crystal displays are scrapped as a whole, and the maintainability is not high. So the chances of refurbishment as a used product are minimal. With the increase in the number of scrapped year by year, the world is facing a serious problem of recycling and processing liquid crystal displays. The liquid crystal in liquid crystal displays is biphenyl, which is a highly toxic pollutant. In addition, it also contains a variety of toxic he...
