The method comprises the following step: (1) first strand synthesis and amplification of cRNA; (2) building, screening and identifying of a PRL prokaryotic expression vector; (3) inducible expression and crushing of a recombinant PRL protein; (4) SDS-PAGE detection and concentration determination of the recombinant PRL protein; (5) purification and recovery of the recombinant PRL protein; (6) preparation of a recombinant PRL protein injection; and (7) active immunization, observation and recording.
