The control device is configured to control regeneration of the drying medium (4). The housing (1) comprises at least a valve (6). The valve has a fist state and a second state. The valve (6) basically closes the housing (1) in the first state in an airtight manner, and in the second state, the valve (6) can realize that moisture emitted in regeneration of the drying medium (4) discharges from the housing (1).
