The system is structurally characterized in that a trash rack and a filter screen are arranged at an inlet of a drainage pipe of a culture pond, the lower end of the drainage pipe is provided with three-way pipes which are communicated with active iron purifiers, a water outlet pipe of each active iron purifier is communicated with a water permeable pipe which is buried inside a gravel bed, a non-sand concrete partition A is arranged between the gravel bed and a bank slope subsurface wetland, and a non-sand concrete partition B is arranged between the bank slope subsurface wetland and a river channel.
