Embodiment 1

The invention discloses a method for separating a 5-hydroxymethyl furfural and 2,5-diformylfuran mixture; the method comprises the steps: dissolving the 5-hydroxymethyl furfural and 2,5-diformylfuran mixture in an organic solvent, then adding a deep-eutectic solvent, stirring and mixing evenly at room temperature, and splitting phases; and taking an organic phase, removing the organic solvent under a reduced pressure condition, and thus obtaining 2,5-diformylfuran.
