The invention discloses a method for repairing heavy-metal cadmium polluted soil by using bougainvillea speetabilis plants and relates to a plant stable biological repairing technology for managing the polluted environment. According to the method, bougainvillea speetabilis is mainly planted in a heavy-metal polluted environment, mainly soil; the bougainvillea speetabilis can normally grow and has no any poisoning phenomenon, and a biomass is not reduced; heavy metal is mainly enriched at roots of the plants and the transfer coefficients in the plants are relatively low; and the bougainvillea speetabilis has the characteristics of plants which can be used in the plant stable repairing technology. When the plants are used for repairing the polluted soil, the polluted soil and underground water are managed, and the environment is beautified.
