Abstract

The invention relates to a roller shutter window for a ship, and particularly to a roller shutter window which is mounted on a dish delivery opening between a dining room and a kitchen of the ship. The roller shutter window represents a window frame which is vertically configured. The upper frame of the window frame is provided with a roller shutter housing which is internally provided with a rotating shaft. The rotating shaft matches the roller shutter housing in a rotatable manner. A roller is fixed on the rotating shaft. The opposite surfaces of two vertical frames of the window frame are respectively provided with a guiderail. A roller shutter plate is arranged between the two guiderails. The roller shutter plate matches the guiderails in a sliding manner. The upper end of the roller shutter plate is fixed on the roller. The upper surface of the lower frame of the window frame is provided with a longitudinal recessed trough for accommodating the lower end of the roller shutter plate. The roller shutter window for the ship is characterized in that the trough opening of the longitudinal recessed trough is provided with a baffle plate which penetrates through the overall length; and a compression spring is arranged between the baffle plate and the trough bottom of the longitudinal recessed trough so that the baffle plate can vertically move between the trough opening and the trough bottom of the longitudinal recessed trough. The roller shutter window is mounted between the dining room and the kitchen for delivering food, thereby realizing easy cleaning for dropped soup and residues and preventing overall sanitation condition reduction.
