The yeast fused strain mixed bacterial agent is mainly composed of, by weight, 55-75% of yeast fused strain F105, 20-35% of aboriginal bacillus megaterium B-36, and 10-15% of aspergillus niger A-16, wherein a strain of the yeast fused strain is preserved in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center at Dec.30, 2014 and is assigned the accession number of CGMCC NO.10263; the strain of the aboriginal bacillus megaterium is preserved in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center at Dec.30, 2014 and is assigned the accession number of CGMCC NO.10264; and the aspergillus niger is a commen commercial bacterial strain. By means of combination of the yeast fused strain with the aboriginal bacillus megaterium and the aspergillus niger, the prepared yeast fused strain mixed bacterial agent can be used for preparing the liquid fertilizer by fermenting the organic waste water. The mixed bacterial agent not only can be used as a fermentation agent of bio-organic fertilizers, a plant production aid and a poultry, livestock and fish feed additive, but also can be used as a purifying agent in organic waste water treatment.
