Problems solved by technology

Autologous bone transplantation is considered to be the golden rule for the treatment of bone tissue defects, but autologous bone transplantation is restricted by factors such as limited sources and susceptibility to disease at the donor site; allogeneic bone transplantation is likely to cause the spread of diseases, and at the same time, the material is biologically active during the material processing process. Disadvantages such as loss also limit its promotion and use

[0014] With Ca(NO 3 ) 2 4H 2 O, (NH 4 ) 2 HPO 4 and GO as raw materials to prepare a surface graphene-modified hydroxyapatite scaffold material. The preparation steps of this modified scaffold material are as follows:

[0015] (1) Under normal temperature conditions, Ca(NO 3 ) 2 4H 2 O and (NH 4 ) 2 HPO 4 solution, adjusted with ammonia water (NH 4 ) 2 HPO 4 The pH value of the solution is stable at 10.0;

[0016] (2) The same concentration of Ca(NO 3 ) 2 4H 2 O and (NH 4 ) 2 HPO 4 The solution is blended according to the ratio of calcium to phosphorus mass ratio of 1.67, stirred and reacted for 24 hours, and the pH value of the reaction solution is controlled to be stable at 10.0;

[0017] (3) centrifuging the blended reactants to obtain the hydroxyapatite material after standing overnight;

[0018] (4) Prepare a GO solution with a concentration of 2.0 mg / mL, and add the hydroxyapatite material obtained in (3) into the GO solution at a mass ratio of 1:1 ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a hydroxyapatite scaffold material with a graphene-modified surface and a preparation method of the hydroxyapatite scaffold material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1), at the normal temperature, respectively preparing a Ca(NO3)2.4H2O solution with a certain concentration and a (NH4)2HPO4 solution with a certain concentration; (2), blending the Ca(NO3)2.4H2O solution and the (NH4)2HPO4 solution obtained in the step (1) according to a certain calcium-phosphorus ratio, stirring for reacting, and regulating and controlling pH of reaction liquid by introducing ammonia water in the reaction process; (3), leaving the reactant obtained in the step (2) to stand overnight and removing impurities so as to obtain a hydroxyapatite material; (4), preparing a graphene solution with a certain concentration, adding the hydroxyapatite obtained in the step (3) into the graphene solution and stirring fully; (5), transferring the mixed solution obtained in the step (4) into a hydrothermal reaction kettle, reacting under sealing conditions and freeze-drying, o as to obtain the novel hydroxyapatite material with the graphene-modified surface. The material has better physical and chemical properties and biocompatibility, and can be clinically used for repairing bone defects.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a surface graphene-modified hydroxyapatite scaffold material and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a method for preparing a bone repair material with good physical and chemical properties and biocompatibility. The material obtained in the invention can be applied to the repair and replacement of bone defects in clinic. technical background [0002] With the rapid development of society and the intensification of population aging, people's demand for bone defect repair caused by trauma, bone tumor resection, bone tissue lesions and bone tissue congenital defects has increased dramatically. Autologous bone transplantation is considered to be the golden rule for the treatment of bone tissue defects, but autologous bone transplantation is restricted by factors such as limited sources and susceptibility to disease at the donor site; allogeneic bone transplantation is likely to cause the spread of disease, and the materi...
