The invention discloses a preparation technology of a hydroxyapatite-containing composite biological film on a titanium or titanium alloy surface. Firstly, a calcium-phosphorus-containing micro-arc oxidation biological film is prepared on the titanium or titanium alloy surface by means of micro-arc oxidation, then titanium or titanium alloy with the calcium-phosphorus-enriched biological film on the surface is subjected to microwave hydrothermal treatment through a microwave technique, and accordingly the hydroxyapatite-containing composite biological film can be generated on the titanium-base surface. The composite biological film is of a three-layer structure, the inner layer is dense titanium dioxide, the middle is a porous structure, and the surface layer is nano-fibrous hydroxyapatite. The hydroxyapatite-containing composite biological film is prepared on the titanium-base surface by the aid of a two-step method, so that bioactivity of the titanium or titanium alloy is improved obviously; besides, the hydroxyapatite-containing composite biological film has high bonding strength since the film grows in situ from the titanium-base surface and is bonded with a titanium base in an indented manner; more importantly, by the adopted microwave technique, hydrothermal temperature is lowered remarkably, reaction time is shortened greatly, and the preparation technology is suitable for industrial processing and production.

The preparation method comprises the following steps of mechanically pulverizing natural calcium-enriched sepiolite ore into powder, drying the powder at constant temperature, and then directly heating and modifying the powder to obtain the calcium-based sepiolite phosphorus adsorbent. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, inertia calcium in the natural calcium-enriched sepiolite is activated through a heating and modification method, a part of active calcium enters into a sepiolite lattice system, and the alcium-based sepiolite adsorbent having high absorption capacity to phosphorus is generated by the original ore through recombination and reaction. The calcium-based sepiolite phosphorus adsorbent provided by the invention is used for eliminating phosphorus in polluted water or bottom sediment, and is capable of efficiently and rapidly eliminating phosphate in the water and efficiently translating labile phosphorus in the polluted bottom sediment into inert calcium phosphorus, thereby achieving the aim of controlling nutrition enrichment of lakes. The calcium-based sepiolite phosphorus adsorbent prepared by the preparation method has the advantages of wide raw material distribution, low cost, simple preparation process, obvious phosphorus fixation effect, and wide application prospect and use value.

The method comprises the following steps: dropping a doped calcium nitrate solution to a polyvinyl alcohol water solution under a stirring condition, and then dropping a diammonium hydrogen phosphate solution and stirring at 40-70 DEG C for 12-24h, so that the in-situ generation of a doped modified hydroxyapatite/polyvinyl alcohol solution is achieved, wherein a calcium-phosphorus ratio is at 1.67; and then adding maleic anhydride and a catalyst, conducting stirring for 4-6h, so that a mixed solution is obtained, conducting electrostatic spinning, and drying an obtained film, so that the in-situ preparation of the modified hydroxyapatite/polyvinyl alcohol nano-composite film is achieved. The method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate; the interior of the film, which is prepared through in-situ cross-linking of the doped modified hydroxyapatite which is obtained from in-situ generation, has good dispersibility and stability, and meanwhile, the film has good biocompatibility; and the film, which can be used for separating and adsorbing a plurality of proteins, bio-enzymes as well as other bio-products, has a good adsorptive selectivity on the separation of the various proteins.
