This invention belongs to the field of
juvenile camel feed technology, and particularly relates to a feed for preventing
indigestion and pica in
juvenile camels and its preparation method. The feed, by weight, comprises the following components: 1-3 parts of compound
vitamin premix, 0.3-0.8 parts of
trace element premix, 0.5-1.5 parts of compound probiotics, 0.5-1.2 parts of compound
enzyme preparation, 0.5-1.2 parts of organic
acidifier, 0.2-0.6 parts of
traditional Chinese medicine extract, 3-6 parts of carrier, 350-450 parts of
corn flour, 250-350 parts of wheat
bran, 200-280 parts of
soybean meal, and 5-10 parts of salt. The feed of this invention lowers the pH value in the
stomach through the organic
acidifier, activates the activity of the compound
enzyme preparation, while the compound probiotics colonize the intestines, and the
traditional Chinese medicine extract has anti-inflammatory and digestive-promoting effects. These four components work simultaneously through four pathways: pH, enzymes,
bacteria, and
immunity. Compared with existing technologies that only add probiotics or
enzyme preparations, this method can systematically prevent
indigestion and pica.
