A production method of the eye drop comprises the following steps: adding hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and the PEG6000 into a small amount of purified water, and stirring to obtain a solution A; sequentially adding the water-soluble vitamin E, the water-soluble mint, the PEG200 and the pure sodium chloride into a small amount of purified water, and stirring to obtain a solution B; and adding polyhexamethylene guanidine propionate and the synergist into the remaining purified water, adding the solution A and the solution B, and stirring to obtain the polyhexamethylene guanidine propionate eye drop.
