Embodiment

[0022] Seed collection and processing:

[0023] a. Collected from plump and healthy white hemp Poacynumpictum seeds, after natural drying, soak in NaClO solution for 15 minutes, rinse with sterile water, soak the seeds for 24 hours, put them into a sterilized Petri dish with double-layer filter paper for processing ;

[0024] Germination and inoculation:

[0025] b. Put the Poacynumpictum seeds sterilized in step a into an artificial climate box for cultivation at a temperature of 25° C. for 14 hours, and at a temperature of 14° C. for 10 hours. After the seeds of Poacynumpictum germinate, grow to 1-2 cm for later use ;

[0026] C, select 6 groups of nutrient bowls of 10cm * 15cm in the field test site, every group of 15 nutrient bowls, then each nutrient bowl in 6 groups of nutrient bowls is spread 10cm thick sandy soil (soil data) after conventional method sterilization See Table 1, Table 2), spread 6 kinds of A young Glomusetunicatum respectively and evenly spread the wa...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for promoting growth of Poacynum pictum by inoculating arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. The method comprises the following steps: collecting and processing seeds; sprouting and inoculating; observing the growth situation; measuring infection. An experimental result proves that the four important growth indexes, namely, average plant height, average growth rate, cluster width and leaf number of the Poacynum pictum plant, after the Glomus mosseae is inoculated with Poacynum pictum, are obviously higher than the four important growth indexes of two non-inoculating contrast groups and other AM fungi treating groups. Meanwhile, the infection rate and infection strength of the Glomus mosseae to the Poacynum pictum are higher than the infection rate and infection strength to all the other treating groups, so that the growth for the strain after the Glomus mosseae is inoculated with Poacynum pictum is obviously boosted.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for inoculating arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi to promote the growth of white hemp (Poacynumpictum). Background technique [0002] Mycorrhizae (Mycorrhizae) are a common plant symbiosis phenomenon in nature, and arbuscular mycorrhizae (AM fungi) are the most widely distributed and most closely related to agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry. More than 90% of the vascular plants on the earth can form arbuscular mycorrhizae. The reconstruction of vegetation in arid areas is very closely related to arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM fungi), and some plants must rely on mycorrhizal communities to survive or complete their life cycle; how much and when plant roots and fungal communities benefit are related to arbuscular fungi root (AM fungi) community range, generally speaking, the rapid growth period of plants is related to the high level of fungal community; arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM fungi) play an important role in the eco...
