Abstract

The invention relates to a medium synchronization method. The medium synchronization method includes the following steps that: a first medium file and a second medium file are separated from a medium file to be played, wherein the first medium file is played at a wireless output end, the second medium file is played at a local output end; wireless transmission delay of the first medium file is dynamically monitored; and the playing time of the second medium file at the local output end is adaptively adjusted based on the monitored wireless transmission delay of the first medium file, so that the first medium file and the second medium file can be played synchronously. With the medium synchronization method of the invention adopted, the problem of the asynchronization of the playing of medium files of the wireless output end and the local output end caused by wireless transmission delay generated by the wireless output end when split equipment plays the medium files can be solved, and improvement of user experience can be benefitted.
