The method comprises steps: S1, according to estimated capacity and temperature when the power battery completes charging, equivalent capacity of the power battery is calculated; S2, whether the calculated equivalent capacity is smaller than stored equivalent capacity is judged; S3, when the calculated equivalent capacity is smaller than the stored equivalent capacity, whether the difference value between the two is larger than a first threshold is judged; S4, when the difference value is larger than the first threshold, the first value is subtracted from the current SOH value of the power battery.
