Abstract

The invention discloses an on-line state monitoring system and method for a diaphragm of a diaphragm filter board. The system comprises a fiber grating demodulator, an optical fiber coupler, a processor and a fiber grating sensor assembly. A light source sends a light signal; the light signal is transmitted to the fiber grating sensor assembly through the optical fiber coupler; after interaction of the light signal and a fiber grating, the reflected light enters the fiber grating demodulator through the optical fiber coupler; the fiber grating demodulator is connected with the processor; and the processor calls a diaphragm damage database, analyzes damage degree, establishes a three-dimensional model, outputs damage distribution of the diaphragm, evaluates the health condition of the diaphragm and gives an early warning in time, thereby helping to eliminate diaphragm faults quickly, preventing safety accident and production loss and ensuring benefit of both equipment manufacturers and users.
