The invention discloses a method and a
system for predicting residual power supply time of a UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) of a box
transformer substation of a
wind power plant. According to the method, after the UPS starts discharging, the real-time remaining power of the UPS, the power information of power supply equipment and the characteristic information of the UPS are input into a
machine learning model to predict the current remaining power. Detecting whether the UPS is in a charging state, and if so, ending the prediction; if not, further detecting whether the
discharge current is changed or not; when the current changes, recording the
voltage at the previous moment, calculating the correction
voltage after time
delay, and updating the prediction table; and if the current does not change, recording the current
discharge time, calculating the residual power supply time according to the current
discharge time, and updating the prediction table. And finally, checking whether the
current voltage reaches a
cut-off value or not in real time, if not, returning to continuously detect the current state, and if so, selecting corresponding correction
modes according to different discharge
modes to predict the residual power supply time, and updating related data in the prediction table. The method can effectively adapt to complex working conditions of a
wind power plant and accurately predict the residual power supply time of the UPS.
