Abstract

The present invention provides a high molecular material surface modification discharge reactor which is used to conduct modification and processing of high molecular material surface. The modification discharge reactor includes four adjusting screws and two platy discharge units. The adjusting screws pass through and are fixed to four ends of the two discharge units. Each discharge unit includes an insulation housing having a groove, a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) discharge plate on which discharge needles are uniformly distributed and an accelerant carrier. The PCB discharge plates are arranged in the grooves and the accelerant carriers are nested at the mouth portions of the grooves and encapsulated by flame-retardant epoxy resin. The accelerant carriers are in parallel and opposite arrangement, and the discharge needles are used to excite the discharge of the accelerant carriers so as to form ions to bombard the high molecular material surface among the accelerant carriers. The discharge reactor has advantages of being uniform in modification treatment and producing no sparks.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of polymer material surface modification processing, in particular to a polymer material surface modification discharge reactor. Background technique [0002] Polymer materials include rubber, plastics, fibers, coatings, adhesives and polymer-based composite materials. They are the products of modern high technology and are widely used in people's daily life. During the application process, it is found that polymer materials have some The characteristics are not conducive to application or processing, such as water repellency, difficult sticking, difficult printing, difficult dyeing and other problems. [0003] In order to solve the above technical problems, researchers in the printing field have proposed two methods: dry modification and wet modification, among which dry modification is more common, and generally include discharge treatment, flame treatment, ozone treatment and other processing methods. [0004] How...
