Experiments about influences of the calenduloside E on activity of B16F10 melanoma cells prove that the calenduloside E can inhibit activity of tumor cells. Experiments about influences of the calenduloside E on activity of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) and lumen formation experiments prove that the calenduloside E can inhibit activity of vascular endothelial cells and inhibit lumen formation capability of the vascular endothelial cells. Experiments about influences of calenduloside E administration on growth of B16F10 melanoma cells in mice prove that the calenduloside E can inhibit in-vivo tumor cell growth and has anti-tumor activity.
