The blackberry seed polysaccharide is obtained through the steps of obtaining crude polysaccharide by smashing blackberry seeds and using a water extraction and alcohol precipitation method, and then obtaining three polysaccharides respectively through DEAE-52 cellulose column chromatography and SephadexG-100 gel column chromatography.
