This invention discloses a
biodegradable polyurethane elastomer, its preparation method, and a force-electro-coupled artificial
blood vessel, belonging to the field of biomedical materials. The process includes: mixing
soft segment glycol and functionalized chain
extender 1 under
nitrogen protection, reacting under stirring and heating conditions, and then cooling to obtain reactant a; adding diisocyanate to continue the reaction to obtain a
polyurethane prepolymer; dissolving functionalized chain
extender 2 in
solvent a, adding it dropwise to the
prepolymer to obtain reactant b, precipitating it in
solvent b and
vacuum drying to obtain the
biodegradable polyurethane elastomer. This invention uses
bioactive molecules with
anticoagulant and anti-inflammatory effects as functionalized chain extenders, endowing the
biodegradable polyurethane elastomer with a stable structure and piezoelectric properties. The artificial
blood vessel can achieve
continuous dynamic regulation of the regenerative microenvironment throughout the entire degradation cycle, continuously releasing
anticoagulant and anti-inflammatory
bioactive molecules, which has significant clinical application value.
