Abstract

The invention provides a communication network information interaction method and device. The method comprises following steps of receiving an SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card triggering instruction, wherein the triggering instruction is sent after an SIM card finishes an air card writing operation through adoption of a new communication number instead of an original communication number; sending a target request for requesting distribution of a TMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number) to a network side device according to the triggering instruction; receiving a new TMSI returned by the network side device according to the target request; sending the new TMSI to the SIM card so that the SIM card can replace the original TMSI corresponding to the original communication number by the new TMSI; and carrying out information interaction with the network side device through adoption of the new TMSI. According to the method and the device provided by the invention, the cross number problem appearing after the air card writing operation can be avoided.
