Abstract

The in vitro regeneration method comprises the following steps: using adventitious roots of sterile seedlings obtained through in vitro rapid propagation of sapium sebiferum roxb strains as explant materials, and cutting the explant materials into segments; inoculating a plurality of adventitious root cut segments into inducing culture mediums, and performing induction of multiple shoots or induction of callus tissues so as to obtain multiple shoots or callus tissues; switching adventitious root explants of the produced multiple shoots or adventitious root explants of the produced callus tissues into propagation culture, and performing proliferation of the multiple shoots or the proliferation of the callus tissues; cutting the proliferated callus tissues into dices, switching the callus tissue dices into differentiation culture mediums, and performing differentiation; switching the proliferated multiple shoots and the callus tissues differentiating the multiple shoots into multiple shoot elongation culture mediums, and performing the elongation of the multiple shoots; after the multiple shoots elongate, switching the elongated multiple shoots into rooting culture mediums, and performing rooting; after the adventitious roots are induced from the sterile seedlings, performing domestication and transplanting so as to obtain complete sapium sebiferum roxb regeneration plants.
