The thickness of a water-stop belt depends on the height of a longitudinal joint surface where the belt is located, so the functions of sealing and water stopping of the water-stop belt are realized. Ribbed reinforcement nets are laid at the splicing parts on the top of the subbase layers of cement stabilized macadam of the new road to improve the anti-shearing and anti-bending performance of the parts.
