The invention relates to a soil body reinforced constructional material which can improve technical properties of soil and is used for solidifying multiple kinds of soil in civil engineering, in particular to a powdery soil solidifying agent for solidifying quasi-base courses and subbase courses in the solidification, pavement and foundational engineering on soft groundwork and the construction work on seabed groundwork. The powdery soil solidifying agent for solidifying the quasi-base courses and the subbase courses comprises the following components in part by weight: 27 to 42 parts of potassium chloride, 33 to 51 parts of sodium chloride, 30 to 48 parts of magnesium chloride, 3 to 12 parts of sodium sulfide, 15 to 27 parts of calcium chloride, and 1 to 8 parts of trimeric sodium phosphate. The powdery soil solidifying agent for solidifying the quasi-base courses and the subbase courses is suitable for the reinforcing solidification of surface soil bodies and deep soil bodies under various soil conditions, strengthens the strength, durability and economy of construction foundations, effectively solves the problems of sedimentation, breaking, slurry pouring and protuberating of road surfaces, which often appear in the conventional construction, prolongs the service life of roads, and reduces the costs for maintaining the roads.
