Abstract

The invention provides a method for adjusting the pressure of a draught fan of a respirator. The output pressure of the respirator is adjusted by controlling the rotating speed of the draught fan. The method specifically includes the steps that during inhalation, the rotating speed of the draught fan is accelerated to be increased, and the output pressure of the respirator is rapidly increased to IPAP from EPAP; during exhalation, the rotating speed of the draught fan is accelerated to be decreased, and the output pressure of the respirator is rapidly reduced to EPAP from IPAP. Thus, the rotating speed of the draught fan is accelerated to be adjusted, and therefore the output pressure of the respirator can be rapidly increased to IPAP from EPAP or reduced to EPAP from IPAP within the preset time. The preset time can be set to be 0.1 S to 2 S according to user requirements, a user breathes more smoothly, and the use comfort for the user is improved.
