Problems solved by technology

[0004] 1) Alder sowing seedlings belongs to sexual reproduction. Due to the differences between the seeds of different excellent trees and the seeds of the same mother tree, the cultivated seedlings cannot fully preserve the excellent characteristics of the mother plant, and there are certain differences in the growth after afforestation. Differences, can not achieve a uniform effect
[0005] 2) Alder artificial afforestation requires a large number of seedlings of good seeds, and at present domestic alder has not yet established seed gardens of good seeds, and the seeds used in the sowing and raising of alder seedlings on the market are basically randomly collected seeds, and there is no selection of the mother tree for seed collection. The good and bad seeds are mixed, and the quality of the cultivated seedlings is not guaranteed
[0006] 3) In the alder plantation, there are a small number of excellent trees with outstanding growth and good tree shape, the number of seeds is very limited, and the number of seedlings cultivated by sowing seedlings is limited, which cannot meet the needs of a large number of seedlings in production.
[0009] 2) Conventional cuttings are cut into cuttings with a length of 8-12cm and 3-4 buds for cuttings. In the case of limited good single-plant propagation materials, compared with single-bud cuttings, the utilization rate of cuttings is low, and the reproduction coefficient is 2-2. 3 times, it is not conducive to rapid reproduction of a large number of clone seedlings
[0010] 2) Yellow heart soil, fire soil, etc. are used as cutting substrates, which are not available everywhere and are not easy to buy. The source of substrates is limited, which affects the development of cutting work

Embodiment Construction

[0023] Below in conjunction with embodiment the present invention is further described in detail.

[0024] A kind of alder twig single-bud cutting seedling raising method of the present invention is characterized in that: comprises the following steps:

[0025] (1) selection of spikes: select the thick twigs of 3-5cm that the fine single plant of alder is born in the same year to do the spikes, or make the spikes with the twigs near the base in the ear picking garden established by the good single clones, cut Keep the cuttings without losing water after cutting, and cut the cuttings on the same day;

[0026] (2) Preparation of cuttings: When pruning, remove the lower stems without leaves and lignified stems, keep the stems with full axillary buds and leaves, and trim one bud for each cutting, with the upper and lower ends 2-2 from the upper end of the axillary buds. Cut the cuttings at a position opposite to the leaves at 3mm into oblique cuts, so that the length of the cutti...

Abstract

The invention discloses an alder twig single-bud cuttage propagation method. The method comprises the steps of (1) cutting twig selection, (2) cutting preparation, (3) cutting bed preparation, (4) cuttage and post-cuttage management, and (5) seedling transplantation and post-transplantation management. The method has the following advantages: (1) a twig single-bud cuttage is adopted. Twigs with thickness of 3-5cm are selected as cutting twigs, such that utilizable twigs of a superior tree are increased. The propagation coefficient of the method is 2-3 times that of a common cuttage method, such that the demand of a large amount of fine seedlings of alder production is satisfied; (2) alder cuttage is carried out in a soilless substrate prepared with perlite and vermiculite in planting boxes. The substrate is easy to purchase; and placement positions are not restricted by cuttage conditions such as greenhouse and field. Therefore, more beneficial conditions are provided for cuttage, and cuttage survival rate is improved; (3) the seedlings obtained by cuttage can maintain excellent traits of the cuttage alder parent. The cultivated clonal seedlings have constant quality, and facilitate uniformity after afforestation. Growth difference does not exist.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for raising seedlings, in particular to a method for raising seedlings by single-bud cutting of alder twigs. Background technique [0002] Alder is a plant of the genus Alnus in the Betaceae family, which is a unique species in China. It is widely distributed in my country, grows fast, has straight and round trunks, and has a wide range of wood uses. It is one of the important tree species for building short-cycle industrial material forests. In the alder plantation, there are many excellent individual trees with good dry shape and rapid growth. At present, alder is mainly cultivated by sowing seedlings, which cannot preserve the excellent characteristics of excellent trees, and the seeds are very limited; tissue culture is used to cultivate seedlings. The current technology of the method is not yet mature; adopting the method of cutting seedlings can preserve the excellent characteristics of excellent trees, but the ...
