Abstract

The invention discloses a spectrum testing device. The spectrum testing device includes a monochromator, a spectrum amplifier and a detector; the monochromator is used for carrying out light splitting on a spectrum to be tested and at least comprises a light outgoing slit through which the spectrum to be tested which has been subjected to light splitting can go out; the spectrum amplifier is opposite to the light outgoing slit and amplifies the spectrum to be tested which has been subjected to light splitting and goes out through the light outgoing slit; and the detector is adjacent to the spectrum amplifier and is used for detecting the spectrum to be tested. Based on the spectrum to be tested detected by the spectrum testing device, detection signal intensity is high. The spectrum testing device has high resolution and occupies a small space. According to the spectrum testing device, resolution is improved through adopting a method according to which the number of grating grooves and the effective focal length of a system are not increased, and the therefore, the spectrum testing device is simple in manufacture and low in cost. The invention also discloses a testing method using the spectrum testing device. The method comprises the steps that: a monochromator carries out light splitting on a spectrum to be tested, and the spectrum to be tested which has been subjected to light splitting goes out through a light outgoing slit; and a spectrum amplifier amplifies the spectrum to be tested which has been subjected to light splitting and goes out through the light outgoing slit; and the detector detects the amplified spectrum to be tested.
